Welcome to Gants Hill Medical Centre


Our practice aims to provide a friendly, courteous, effective and professional team. We listen to our patients' comments and complaints and try to make an improvement plan in accordance with the results. We are always open to ideas, suggestions etc.


We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.


 

Patient Participation Group

Patients can have their say by joining the Patient Participation Group, or by contacting a member of the group (ask the practice manager for the chairman’s name and contact details) to discuss any issues you may what discussed at the next meeting.

Our Patient Participation Group also help us with ideas and improvements, whether it be the condition of the property or communication within the practice (if you are interested in knowing more about the group please contact Tahira Mughal or Aysen Ismail, Practice Managers on 0208 550 3740.)
