Important Notice

In the new year we will be moving to Klinik - Total Triage, where you will need to submit your enquiry via the online contact form below. This will replace our telephone triage and current online contact service, e-Consult.
If you do not have internet access or are unable to complete the form, you will be able to speak to a Receptionist, who will assist you.

Gants Hill Medical Centre and Redbridge Surgery underwent a practice merger on 1st October 2024.

We will keep our patients fully informed of progress and do all we can to minimise any inconvenience during the early transition period.

Please note Healthbridge Direct call centre closed in October 2023 so patients will need to contact NHS 111 to access these appointments.

Please be advised a ‘Parking Management Service’ has been implemented at Gants Hill Medical Centre.

We have a limited number of parking spaces on our forecourt. These spaces are private and intended for our clinical staff, however, we struggle with preventing members of public using the spaces; causing difficulty, disruption and delay when our clinicians cannot park.

For this reason we are using a company called NPM – National Parking management. They are a parking enforcement service that will patrol and remotely monitor our forecourt. Unauthorised vehicles parked on the forecourt will receive a penalty fine.

Signage has gone up in the forecourt advising of the restrictions.
